Best hotel i ver seen. We used to stay at residence but main building Is better with the restaurants and maginicfent bosphprus lobby. .. Special contribution to Berk. The way he cares about guest is different than others. Very appreciated…

I have a membership at Purovel Spa and visit there often. I would like to thank Türkan Hanım for her warm welcome everytime and hosting me well. On our last night we ate in the Cafe Swiss in the main lobby having eaten in all the other hotel restaurants. This was easily our best dining experience, made even better by the fantastic service given by Ersin who was BY FAR the best waiter in the hotel. This, together with the excellent food made for a lovely evening.

Saliha at the reception desk gave us great service, she was pleasant,polite, and very helpful, she is truly a diamond . the hotel had great service, all the staff were helpful and very friendly the restaurant is amazing with great food, looking forward to breakfast
